SUBSTANCE: invention describes copolymers of ethylene with (C3-C9)-α-olefins that exhibits the molecular-mass distribution index Mw/Mn ≤ 10, density 0.85-0.93 g/cm3, the content of monomer is 1-40 wt.-%, and molecular mass Mn above 150 000 g/mole, and their index of the distribution broad of composite of co-monomers is above 70%. Invention relates also to a method for their preparing and preparing fiber, film, molded articles or polymer mixtures containing such copolymers. Invention allows preparing copolymers with high molecular masses, high part of co-monomers and high broad index of the composite distribution.
