FIELD: equipment for chemical, physical and physicochemical processes carried out with aeration and mixing of liquid medium, may be used in food-processing, pharmaceutical, petroleum-chemical industry, microbiology and in the field of ecological protection of environment from wastes.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with cover and bottom, branch pipes for supplying and discharge of process components, heat-exchanging device, devices for maintaining temperature, pH value, concentration of dissolved oxygen, foaming level, level of liquid, devices for supplying of carbonaceous and mineral components, aeration gas, and devices for selecting fermentation medium and foam suppression. Slot is positioned in central part of cylindrical casing. At least one pipe is positioned in the vicinity of slot walls. Inlet ends of pipes are communicated with casing cavity and outlet ends are connected with devices for inciting liquid pumping out processes. Outlet ends of inciting devices are connected through branch pipes with inlet ends of ejection devices. Each of ejection devices has at least one converging tube arranged at inlet section and is provided with branch pipe for supplying of aeration gas. Outlet ends of ejection devices made in the form of converging tubes are arranged in lower part of casing surface and directed tangentially of casing vertical axis. Volume of apparatus may reach up to 100-300 m3 and more.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption, increased efficiency and yield of microbiological process, and wider range of fields, where apparatus may be used.
