APPARATUS FOR FERMENTATION TREATMENT OF LIQUID MANURE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with liquid manure introducing device, cover and inclined bottom with reprocessed product discharge device located in lower part of bottom. Apparatus is further equipped with device for directing liquid manure for circulation and device made in the form of pump and adapted for urging liquid manure to move inside casing in circular path, with both devices being connected to one another and device made in the form of pump being further connected to liquid manure introducing device. Inclined bottom is provided with depression extending along the entire length thereof. Plate is located inside casing and aerator is positioned above plate and connected to air flow inducing device. Liquid manure introducing device is positioned in mid portion of casing. Apparatus is used for reprocessing of animal wastes and bird dung, preferably, wastes of animals kept under conditions free of litter. EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment with the use of hydraulic washing off of vital activity products of animals and simplified construction. 11 cl, 2 dwg
