SUBSTANCE: vibrating means includes body, rod with anvil displaceable in longitudinal direction relative body, hammer interacting with anvil by spring and having through orifice, and upper sub. Sub comprises bushing with pendulum arranged inside bushing by pin. Upper pendulum part is made as blade. Lower pendulum part is fixedly connected to disc which periodically closes through hammer orifice.

EFFECT: simplified structure, increased service life.
