FIELD: drilling equipment engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, pistons mounted with possible interaction and forming of closed hydraulic chambers together with walls and compactions, valve and rod having a channel. One of pistons is mounted above the rod and has a through channel with rectangular cross-section, inside of which the valve is place, made in form of pendulum mounted on the axis. Upper end of pendulum is made in form of blade, and lower is made whole with disk which is mounted with possible periodical overlapping of rod channel.

EFFECT: simplified construction, higher durability.
