FIELD: drilling equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device has body with shoes, rolling cutters on shoes, headpieces placed between cutters and connected to central hollow of body, directed at tangent to cutters towards chisel rotation direction. Chisel has valve node, made in form of balancer, mounted in central hollow of chisel on axis. Upper end of balancer is made in form of blade, and lower end in form of plate, mounted with possible periodical overlapping of central washing aperture of chisel during swaying of balancer due to hydraulic flows of liquid.

EFFECT: higher speed of mechanical drilling, higher reliability.
