FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has chassis with driving block, platform with drilling block, hydrosystem and force-pump block. Hydraulic device for controlling anti-outbreak equipment consists of accumulator-force block, main controlling block and remote controlling block. Accumulator-force block is connected to feeding hydrosystem by force and draining mains as well as to main controlling block, and to remote controlling block is connected by draining main. Main controlling block is connected to driving elements of anti-outbreak equipment by controlling force and draining mains. Accumulator-force block has high-pressure system and working pressure system. High-pressure system consists of pneumohydroaccumulators block, switched in parallel into high pressure line through locking devices, safety-signaling assembly providing for visual and audio control of pneumohydroaccumulators charging and containing signaling manometer mounted between pneumohydroaccumulators and safety hydrovalve limiting maximum pressure in high-pressure system, hydro-distributor, mounted in force-pumping main of hydrosystem by means of spherical connections and serving for closing force-pumping main of hydrosystem, hydrodrive, switched in hydrosystem, hydropump, hydrotank for filling pneumohydroaccumulators and feeding anti-outbreak equipment, connected through spherical connections by means of pipelines. Signaling manometer is connected to audio signalization block, signaling lamps and check hydrovalve mounted before safety hydrovalve and preventing pressure fall in pneumohydroaccumulators. Hydropump is mounted before check valve and is connected to hydrodrive. Working pressure system has reduction valve connecting mains of high and working pressures and serving for adjusting working pressure, controlled by manometer, mounted after reduction valve before safety valve of working pressure, located before drain into hydrotank. In case of hydrodrive absence, which is switched into hydrosystem and of hydropump, switched into high pressure line and connected to hydrodrive, in second variant of device high pressure system has check hydrovalve mounted before safety hydrovalve, for preventing pressure fall in pneumohydroaccumulators. In third variant in case of hydrodrive absence, which is switched into hydrosystem, hydropump is switched into high pressure line and connected to reducer of drive block through connection sleeve.

EFFECT: broader technical capabilities of device, lower laboriousness of calibration and maintenance operations of anti-outbreak equipment.
