SUBSTANCE: one should apply an electrode connected with the source of radio waves to ulcerous surface through an endoscope to treat ulcerous surface and surrounding mucosa in diameter of 0.1-5 cm for 5-60 sec with radio waves of 2-30 W power, frequency of 3-5.5 MHz till alteration of treated mucosa to be of white color. Impact with radio waves onto ulcerous defect should be repeatedly conducted in 24-72 h.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
