FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technique, namely to devices for mixing and dropping dosing two reactive biological components, such as tissue sealants and/or hemostatic agents. Device comprises syringes carrier with fastening elements for at least two syringes and attached support; at least a pair of syringes, each of which has an outlet and contains reactive biocomponent; first and second piston within the first and second syringes, respectively; support having two separate fluid channels in communication with the syringe outlets for the first and second syringes; and endcap that is positioned at outlet of support having open proximal end and a closed distal end with a flexible diaphragm, having at least discharge slot, having at least two flexible hinges which, under pressure, are pressed against outlets of the fluid passageways. And flexible diaphragm in combination with distal surface of carrier determines first, second volume and the dosing passageway. At that first volume is substantially zero, and second volume is sufficient, to allow two reaction-biocomponents to be mixed immediately before and/or during dosing, and in addition dispensing passageway is closed when first volume is substantially zero and first volume is transferred to specified second volume in response to dosing pressure of reactive biocomponents, flowing through two fluid passageways, and returns back to first volume in response to decrease in pressure acting on biological components in fluid passageways. Present invention also directed to device for mixing and drip dispensing two reactive biologic components, as tissue sealant and/or hemostatic agent, as well as methods for delivering biological components to achieve hemostasis and/or tissue sealant by drip dosing using the device described above.
