FIELD: casting.
SUBSTANCE: aluminum-lead melt is heated up to a temperature exceeding the temperature of stratification by 100-120°C and is sprayed by inert gas thus forming an ingot on the solid substrate. The distance from the spraying nozzle to the substrate should be sufficient for cooling the sprayed melt down to the temperature of monotectic transformation.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of ingots.
