FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casthouse production and can be used for producing aluminium-lead friction bearings. In the method beforehand receive previously blank from porous aluminium with open porosity by casting into reusable models. On the blank is applied the layer of tin or tin-based alloy, established blank in the same form and fill in the melted lead in a form, that provides pore bridging by molten lead and formation of composite article aluminium-lead with the uniform distribution of lead and adhesion bond between aluminium and lead.
EFFECT: increase of mechanical and operational properties of aluminium-lead friction bearings is reached.
