FIELD: shaping ceramic compositions.

SUBSTANCE: device is provided with conical vessels whose diameters decrease up to the diameter of the molding opening in the flange of the core. The pipe for sampling and discharging slip, which is provided with the rod having the sealing collar, is mounted in the bottom part of the vessels. The branch pipe of the filling connecting pipe is covered with a perforated lid. The inner diameter of the branch pipe, h, should be no less than the thickness of the article to be molded, and the outer diameter should be no more than 2hCosαa/2, where α is the angle at the top of an article.

EFFECT: heightened quality of molded blank.
