FIELD: invention refers to definition of corrosive characteristics in the constructions of every-day washing machines.
SUBSTANCE: in the constructions of every-day washing machines there is a boiler and a pressing reservoir-drum installed with possibility to rotate relatively to the vertical axis being a share of the inner moving part of the washing machine; a balancing ring with a lid and a chute, four supports in the shape of rods oriented in space vertically and pivotally connected with the body and the inner moving part of the washing machine. The low end of the supports is connected with the inner moving part higher then its heaviness center so that all points of the inner moving part are moving forward in case of rotation of the unbalanced drum at deviation from the balancing position in the vertical plane passing through the supports and its heaviness center. The inner moving part has such geometry that its heaviness center is higher then the bottom of the drum. Loads of different weights are hanged on the wire passed through two openings fulfilled in the wall of the drum at height corresponding to the position of the heaviness center of the inner moving part. The tested samples in the shape of small balls of equal size out of carbonaceous steel are placed inside the balancing ring installed in the drum at the height of the heaviness center of the moving part. The balls are located in a limited sector formed with connected moving radial partitions. The balls touch each other. At that the inner cavity of the balancing ring is filled with liquids whose composition and nature is unknown till the beginning of the tests. On the electric drive fixed motionlessly in the low end of the inner moving part an electron meter of consumed power is installed. At first for a time of moving they close the openings in the lids of the balancing ring with plugs out of plastic material, execute acceleration of the drum without loads (unbalanced mass) and measure of the row of values of power and compute their average value. They hang up additional loads to the wall of the drum, define the critical unbalanced mass at whose availability the drum at acceleration touches the wall of the body. After completing of three turns around its vertical axis in a definite moment of time and further through a certain period of time execute the same measurements and receive values of the unbalanced conjunctive mass and an average power. They calculate some meanings of changing of the average power and coming out of definite mathematical prerequisites, define the kind of corrosive processes.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of the spectrum of kinds of electro-chemical and biochemical corrosive processes.
