SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, valve nozzle for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines design for direction injection of fuel into combustion chamber of engine is provided with excited drive member, needle axially movable along longitudinal axis of nozzle on lower end of which in direction of flow shutoff section is provided which interacts with fixed contact surface of needle seat for opening and closing of nozzle and discharge hole made in needle seat in direction of fuel flow behind contact surface. Discharge hole is provided with inlet edge in inlet plane, outlet edge in outlet plane and central axis. Center of discharge hole lying in inlet plane is displaced relative to longitudinal axis of nozzle, and central axis of said discharge hole passes at tilting relative to said longitudinal axis of nozzle. Swirling device is provided being arranged in direction of fuel flow before contact surface of needle seat to provide movement of fuel flow along helical line. Said swirling device is made in form of disk swirling insert. According to second design version, discharge hole in valve nozzle is arranged so that center of discharge hole lying in outlet plane in projection on inlet plane is displaced relative to second axis through value which is not equal to valve of displacement of center of discharge hole laying in inlet plane relative to second axis. According to third design version, discharge hole in valve nozzle is arranged so that inlet edge of discharge hole on inlet plane and second axis have no points of intersection. Invention makes it possible to simplify design of valve nozzle and provide quality atomizing and accurate injection of fuel with fuel jets of preset shapes.
EFFECT: provision of quality atomizing and accurate injection of fuel.
