FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the dispersed analysis of radioactive aerosols. The cascade impactor contains cascade elements, the upper cover is used as the nozzle of the first cascade element, to which a fitting is connected by means of a threaded connection, the collector of the first cascade element is a plate of the second cascade element with nozzle holes. Each subsequent cascade element is made in the form of a plate with nozzle holes, the last cascade element is the bottom cover with a fitting screwed into it. Filters with holes coaxial with the nozzle holes of the plates are installed on each cascade plate, the last cascade uses a filter mounted on the bottom cover, to which a fitting is connected by means of a threaded connection. Cascade elements are connected by bolts.

EFFECT: simplification of the design is provided, as well as improvement of operational characteristics.
