SUBSTANCE: apparatus for protecting against super voltage includes laminate resistor, at least double-layer resistor. One layer of resistor is made of non-ferromagnetic material with high electric conductivity; other layer is made of ferromagnetic material. Ferromagnetic layer is applied onto non-ferromagnetic layer. Such resistor is connected in series with protected object.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of protection against super voltages.
