FIELD: treatment of fruit surface before laying for storage.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning fruit surface from mechanical contaminants; applying essential oil of same fruits combined with epiphytic substances of cuticular layer of plant raw material onto fruit surface by condensing thereof from supercritical medium used as carrier. Supercritical medium is mycelium produced by extracting of Mortierella gracilis micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant with supercritical parameters.
EFFECT: reliable protection of fruit surface from microbial damage and increased shelf life of fruits.
