SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pre-storage fruit treatment technology and consists in that, in order to reduce loss caused by microbial damage and to increase storage time, essential oils from the same fruit and epiphyte substances of cuticular layer of vegetal raw material are applied onto surfaces of miscella obtained by extraction of biomass of micromycet Mortierella parvispora with nonpolar extractant in supercritical state.
EFFECT: prolonged storage time.
