FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: under experimental conditions one should model canine myocardial infarction. At the main stage of operation, upon working heart in lesion area one should form blind epimyocardial canals with laser to fill them with suspension of stem cells isolated out of canine costal bone marrow. Canals should be closed with preapplied atraumatic suture by developing a closed-type cavity. Localized disposition of stem cells in developed canal simplifies the process of material sampling for carrying out histological trials.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of implantation.
