FIELD: medicine, surgery.

SUBSTANCE: one should apply separate interrupted sutures onto left-hand semi-circumference of anastomosis through intercartilaginous tracheal spaces and left-hand main bronchus. One should apply separate interrupted sutures onto right-hand wall of anastomosis by the following technique: one should apply the first suture through intercartilaginous part of left-hand main bronchus and the middle of cartilaginous tracheal half circle, apply the second suture through the middle of cartilaginous half circle of left-hand main bronchus and intercartilaginous tracheal part. Sutures should be alternated. Left-hand main bronchus should be invaginated into tracheal lumen to the width of cartilaginous half circle along left-hand semi-circumference, for one half, one third against the width of cartilaginous half circle along right-hand semi-circumference of anastomosis. The method enables to distribute the part of loading from right-hand semi-circumference of anastomosis onto left-hand one.

EFFECT: higher reliability of anastomosis.
