FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves obliquely applying straight clamp on excessive tissue area after performing tracheal or interbronchial resection. The caught cartilages are cracked by applying rotating hand movement. Wedge-like area of cartilage and membrane tissue is sutured by putting- in lateral sutures produced with apparatus along the clamp trace. Then, anastomosis is built between stumps. EFFECT: avoided postoperative complications. 8 dwg
