FIELD: glass industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glass used for glass ceramic cement that is designated for soldering and hermetic sealing in instrument making industry, electronic technique and radioelectronics, in particular, in manufacturing sensitive members in quartz resonators. Glass comprises components taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: PbO, 9.0-35.6; ZnO, 3.2-10.0; B2O3, 4.2-4.6; Bi2O3, 55.8-75.5; SiO2, 1.2-1.3. Glass ceramic cement temperature coefficient of linear expansion is (130 ± 5) x 10-7K-1, crystallization and soldering point is 470-490oC, deformation point is 650oC, shifting strength is 45 MPa. Invention provides enhancing adhesion strength and expanding range of resonator working temperature values.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of glass.
