FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in construction for manufacture of articles and units from heat-resistant concretes. Binder containing aluminosilicate component (55.6-63.2%), in particular first-field fly ash obtained upon combustion of Kansk-Achinsk brown coal on heat-and-power station (Bratsk, Irkutsk region), and alkali component (36.8-44.4), in particular carbon-containing liquid glass made from large-scale microsilica waste from production of crystalline silicon at Bratsk aluminum plant containing up to 6-7% fine carbon admixtures of graphite and carborundum with silica modulus 1and density 1,25-1,35 g/cm3.
EFFECT: improved deformation characteristics (reduced shrinkage deformation) of binder, simplified preparation process, and lowered expenses.
