FIELD: building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of building materials and can be used in manufacturing facing volume-colored silicate brick. Method for preparing facing silicate brick involves grinding ferrochrome slag, quartz sand, stirring the prepared binding agent with mineral pigment and sand-filling agent, the following autoclave treatment and the combined indicated grinding is carried out to specific surface value 5500-6500 cm2/g in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: ground ferrochrome slag, 12.5-20; ground quartz sand, 5-12.5; sand-filling agent, the balance, mineral pigment, 0.5-5% above 100%. Invention provides elimination of salted out components formation on surface of volume-colored silicate brick used in facing layers of building walls.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
