FIELD: BUILDING MATERIALS PRODUCTION. SUBSTANCE: proposed mixture contains sand as a filler, binder additive and active additive. Ferroalloy and ferrochrome slag together with ground sand are used as said binder. Calcium hypochlorite or calcium chloride are used as said active additive. Proposed mixture contains (mass %): ferroalloy and ferrochrome slag 17-20, ground sand 13-10, calcium hypochlorite or calcium chlorite 0.1-0.07 and sand the rest.
