FIELD: building materials industry. SUBSTANCE: source mix uses filler sand, binder and active admixture. As binder, the mix contains slag of ferroalloy process (ferrochromium or ferrovanadium) and milled sand, and as active admixture - phosphogypsum or acid fluoride, or anhydride, or mass percent: ferroalloy slag - 17 to 23; milled sand - 7 to 13; filler sand - the rest; active admixture - 0.5 to 1.2 of 100% of dry mix. EFFECT: improved ecological and sanitary indices, as well as enhanced physical and mechanical characteristics at lower expenditures. 2 tbl
