SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric roofing and waterproofing materials, methods for their preparing and can be used in building industrial and civil objects. Roofing material is fulfilled as vulcanized linen with adhesion layers applied on edge of upper linen surface and on edge of lower linen surface from the opposite side as strips by 40-120 mm. Adhesion layers are fulfilled from thermally activated glue-melt based on polyurethane and chloroprene rubber with special additives or glue-melt based on polyolefins or polyurethane with special additives on preliminary roughed edges of linen covered by insulating material. Invention provides preparing material using glue-solution by the 1-st variant, and glue-melt by the 2-d variant.
