FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has computer, output of which is connected to block of controlling microscope drives, outputs of which are connected to drives, which displace stage of microscope in three dimensions. An optical adapter is mounted on microscope, on first and second outputs of which similar digital cameras are mounted, on which images are formed at different zoom and observation angles in apparatus space, outputs of which are connected to computer.
EFFECT: higher reliability, higher speed of operation, lower requirements to precision of drives of stage.
