FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for determination of fibrin metabolism in a patient by means of digital microscopy of native blood. For this purpose, a blood drop taken from a patient without delays is covered with a cover glass and placed on the optical surface of the microscope stage. Optical image of the analysed preparation is formed using microscope with 40x lens and immersion lens 100x. Optical image of the analysed preparation is transferred onto the photosensitive surface of the receiving element of the electronic image receiver. Imaginary image of the analysed preparation is supplied from a microscope lens to an electronic matrix of a video camera and then to a microscope monitor. Examined preparation is microscopically examined for 10–12 minutes. Image electronic camera used is a video camera without a video link. When observing the loss of fibrin, the conclusion is made on the higher fibrin metabolism activity in the patient.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate and reliable determination of fibrin metabolism in patient by native blood microscopy.
