FIELD: mobile communications technology.

SUBSTANCE: method includes mobile station being at connection to plurality of base stations with flexible connection of communication channels, measures levels of signals of straight common channel pilot-signals, received from base stations, and transmits these consecutively to these base stations. Then base stations perform power control of transfer of straight common channels for power control in accordance to received results of measurement of signal levels.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness of control over power of transmission.
