Outer lateral surface of the base in the longitudinal direction is made in the form of double-sided guides, in cross-section in the form of two forms of a swallowtail, facing in opposite directions for interaction with similar internal surfaces of replaceable cleaning elements, movable in the longitudinal direction of the base to the stops on the handle and interacting with each other internal surfaces. On the base of the free end coaxial to the longitudinal axis in the vertical plane, a cutout is formed, the vertical walls of which in the horizontal plane in the longitudinal direction taper towards the handle, forming wedge-shaped surfaces mating with a through hole made coaxial to the longitudinal axis along the entire length of the handle. Wedge-shaped surfaces interact with a wedge-shaped tip formed at the end of the rod moving in the through-hole. Total length in the longitudinal direction of the rod together with the wedge-shaped tip is not less than the total length of the base with the handle. Outer angle of the wedge-shaped surface of the tip is not less than the internal angle of the wedge-shaped surface of the base. Inner lateral wedge-shaped surfaces of the base and the outer wedge-shaped surfaces of the tip are roughened.
