SUBSTANCE: all variants of device include instrument guide, different design of which allows use of any instrument for performance of operations without restrictions for length, as well as accurate introduction of required instrument into tissues without deflections and deformations. According to first variant device has instrument guide made in form of second end of spindle protruding or not protruding from body, or in form of ring positioned on support, or in form of tube coupled to body, or in form of tube coupled to support and to body. It may also be made as tube arranged in ring positioned on support, or as tube coupled to through spindle, or as tube 15 coupled to through spindle and connected to support for rotation. Spindle is positioned at right or obtuse angle to input shaft of transmission. It may also be installed in parallel to input shaft 6 of transmission 4 or it may intersect shaft.
