FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for removal of fluids and/or soft tumours in minimally invasive surgical interventions or subcutaneous operations. Surgical instrument for introduction of flexible tubes comprises elongated hollow housing accommodating movable tubular guide articulated with rotary bracket installed on end of hollow body, drill bush fitted on rotary bracket aligned with long hollow body and end of handle, connected at angle, respectively, with hollow body and with movable tubular guide. Length of movable tubular guide exceeds length of long hollow body, at least for ¼ of length of long hollow body. Movable tubular guide projects from hollow body on side of end handles. Drill bush end opposite to long hollow body has outer diameter less than outer diameter of middle cross section of sleeve. Rotary bracket is made in form of direction indicator bending of flexible tube and protrudes above side surface of long hollow body. Distance between end of drill bush oriented to elongated hollow housing, and end of long hollow body, oriented to drill bush is equal to two to five inner diameters of tubular guide.
EFFECT: higher quality of medical aid by forming flexible tube of required length and bend in required plane.
