FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with chemical stabilization of porcine native aortic complex with binding agents at excessive pressure upon aortic root and zero pressure gradient upon valvular folds of a valve fixed to provide physiological position of folds, at maintaining temperature of fixing solution during gradual stabilization being equal to 37-38 C, at providing concentration of binding agent in stabilizing solution being equal to 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.625%. The present innovation provides steady fixation of deep and surface valvular layers.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
