FIELD: materials handling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting devices for gripping and transportation of stacks of articles. Proposed lifting device has horizontally passing support forming support surface and containing at least two support members 2, for instance, two tines of fork, for holding the stack, lifting member 11 movably connected with support members 2 and made for movement in vertical plane, and connecting device 1 for movable connection of support members 2 with lifting member 11. Each support member is provided with two guide pins located, one of over the other, on vertical part of support member. Connecting device is provided with guide slot consisting of vertical straight part to let pins move upwards and upwardly diverging part for rotary displacement of pins.
EFFECT: improved convenience in gripping of pans in stacks.
