The ridges are formed on one of the side walls of the body. The profile of the ridges is formed by dents and valleys. The movable bar is also equipped with the comb ridges. The profile of the ridges of the bar repeats the profile of the ridges of the body with a shift of half a step. The bar has the ability to move along the side wall of the body.
EFFECT: simplifying the construction of the binding device and the possibility of using office rubbers to automatical tying bundles of banknotes.
