SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thienopyrimidines of the formula (I):
wherein R1 and R2 in each case represents independently of one another OH or Hal; X means R5, monosubstituted R7; R5 means cycloalkyl comprising 6 carbon atoms; R7 means COOH, COOA; A means alkyl comprising from 1 to 6 carbon atoms; Hal represents F, Cl, Br or J wherein at least one radical among R1 or R2 represents OH, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts also. Compounds inhibit activity of phosphodiesterase V and can be used in treatment of cardiovascular system disturbances. Invention describes also a method for preparing compounds of the formula (I), pharmaceutical preparation based on these compounds and a method for it preparing.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal and biochemical properties of compounds.
