SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acid additive salts - 2-acetoxy-5-(α-cyclopropylcarbonyl-2-fluorobenzyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]-pyridine hydrochloride and maleate. Also, invention describes a method for their preparing, medicinal agent based on salts and their using. Acid additive salts of tetrahydrothienopyridine derivatives show the excellent oral absorption, metabolism to active compound and inhibitory effect in platelet aggregation, low toxicity, excellent stability in storing and using. They can be used as therapeutic or prophylactic agents (preferably as therapeutic agents) in thrombosis and embolism.
