FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry, treatment of vegetable raw.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the complex processing vitamin-containing vegetable raw and can be used in preparing vitamin-containing complexes and nutritional supplements. Complex treatment involves extraction of wild rose fruits with carbon dioxide and preparing lipid-carotinoid complex and residue that is extracted with water and an aqueous extract containing vitamin-flavonoid complex and grist is obtained. Before extraction the raw is milled to particles size 0.5 mm. Extraction of raw with carbon dioxide is carried out under pressure 6-7 MPa and temperature 20-22°C for 3-4 h and extraction with water is carried out in the ratio residue : solvent (water) = 1:10 for 3 h. Then dried grist is extracted with 40-96% aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol at temperature 40-100°C for 1-3 h and an aqueous-alcoholic extract containing biologically active substances and residue are isolated. Residue is dried and mineral complex is obtained. Invention provides increasing the coefficient of the raw utilization and to obtain end products of high quality.
