FIELD: heat power industry.
SUBSTANCE: combined cycle power plant (CCPP) for combined heat and power production consists of gas turbine unit connected to heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), additional HRSG. Both generators are connected to steam extraction turbine. Turbine heat exchanger condenser and peaking water heater supplied with steam from HRSGs through pressure-reducing desuperheating station are included into heating line of delivery water supplied to consumers. Dry-air cooling tower with main-line recirculation pump are also a part of CCPP. Combined cycle power plant is provided with another gas turbine unit connected to additional HRSG and boiler. Besides, additional boiler is connected to extraction part of steam extraction turbine by steam while by water it is arranged between condenser heat exchanger and peaking water heater which outlet is connected to dry-air cooling tower with recirculation pump.
EFFECT: increase of heat and electric power under concurrent expansion of steam turbine plant capacity when electric and heat load is changed, independent heating of delivery water and minimisation of total plant area.
