SUBSTANCE: proposed heater incorporating provision for using unique thermal properties of water as its current-conducting liquid has heating chamber with heat-transfer apparatus and phase electrodes filled with current-conducting liquid to form liquid and gas spaces that communicates with compensating bowl in bottom part through pipe connection and in top part, through pipe connection provided with calibrated washer. Bottom part of heater accommodates heating element and temperature relay, the former being disposed inside pipe connection running to heating chamber with compensating bowl.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities.
