FIELD: applicable in heat exchange equipment, in heating systems, hot water supply systems of buildings of various designation, it can be also used in power, chemical, metallurgical and mining industries.
SUBSTANCE: the heat exchanger has conduits for working media formed by the outer body and the inner pipes with turbulence agents, the heat exchanger is provided with washers made in the form of segment construction for turbulent agitation of refrigerant and placed in the middle part of the heat exchanger body, the quantity of washers and the angles of their turn about the longitudinal axis of the heat exchanger provide for rotation of the flow of refrigerant through 360 deg. At a passage of its whole length of the outer body, the turbulence agents of liquid flows are placed inside the pipes and installed in a spiral with lead t/din=1/5-3, where t - helix lead, din - the inside diameter of the pipes.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heat exchange and adaptability to manufacture of the heat exchanger at minimum dimensional characteristics.
