FIELD: investigating strength properties of solid materials.
SUBSTANCE: clamp has housing with an opening for securing the clamp to the dynamical torque installation and press for locking the end of a specimen. The clamp is additionally provided with a cylindrical drum with ring projection at its side and spiral groove for laying the end of the specimen of the fiber-optic light conduit.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of testing.
