FIELD: electrical power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in carrying wires of aerial power lines with voltage from 35.0 t0 110.0 kV. Clamp is produced in the form of boat, spiral protector, strands of power spirals of left-hand and right-hand directions of coiling and suspension. Strands are wound crosswise over protector snuggly fitting one against another. Boat has special geometry, namely; bottom of boat is bent with regard to horizontal with certain curvature radius on central and end sections of its length. Length of boat is smaller than ten diameters of anchored wire. Holes in sides of boat are displaced along horizontal line with reference to vertical symmetry axis of clamp. Structure of holding clamp ensures preservation of wires of external lay of wire across outlet from boat of clamp, displays good resistance to action of vibration, is reliable in process of long operations on aerial power lines.
EFFECT: improved functional reliability of clamp.
