FIELD: radiography.
SUBSTANCE: device has transparent substrate in form of optical wedge having given density range, on each portion of scale of which in accordance to image of each set of wire indicators additionally made is image of set of plates of identical material. Thickness of each plate equals diameter of respective wire indicator. Diameter of image of each wire indicator is selected at limit of resolution ability of human eye, and contrast level is at level of physiological and psychic capabilities of professional operator.
EFFECT: higher trustworthiness of archived information during archiving radiographic images.
