SUBSTANCE: non-desirable materials in gelatinous, cellulose or plastic capsules used for storing the dried, powder pharmaceutical preparative forms are extracted with supercritical fluids. Method is used also for removing non-desirable materials from a medicinal powder. The powder amount remaining in capsules after inhalation is minimized. Capsules or powder is treated with carbon dioxide or its mixture with ethanol at temperature 35-37oC and under pressure 75-655 bars. Invention provides reducing amount of lubricating materials for press-form and impurities that can be in capsules.
EFFECT: improved treatment method.
