FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is a method for dispersing a cohesive micronized high-dose active ingredient in dry powder compositions comprising carrier particles consisting of the following steps: a dispersing capsule including cylindrical chamber (1) with a side wall made of screening grid (2) is provided; said chamber contains grinding balls (3) and is closed by lid (4) with a thread, two longitudinal rods (6) and disc (5), wherein the capsule is connected to said disc by said two longitudinal rods; said active ingredient and a portion of the carrier particles are loaded into the capsule; said capsule is arranged in a drum filled with the remainder of the carrier; then, the drum is placed in a mixing device with a rotating body and said mixing device with a rotating body is used to mix the entire amount of powder. Also, the invention relates to an apparatus which is a dispersing capsule as described above.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to obtain powder inhalation compositions comprising cohesive active ingredients administered at high doses per administration, capable of achieving good dispersing of the active particles, when properly diluted with coarse carrier particles.
