FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to dry powder compositions, suitable for inhalation, which include micronised magnesium glycopyrrolate and stearate, and to inhalers containing them. Invention also relates to method of obtaining said compositions, which includes stage of glycopyrrolate micronising and its further conditioning by impact of conditions with relative humidity 30-100% and temperature within the range from 5°C to 90°C.
EFFECT: obtained compositions possess improved stability during 1 year, which is determined by presence of graction with 30-40% of micronised particles with diametre less than 5 mcm.
