FIELD: electrical engineering; rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention, in device for ventilation of electrical equipment of rail vehicle supplied with direct current, either direct from current collecting system 1 connected with dc sup-ply source or with rectification and filtering of current removed by current collecting system 1 connected with single-phase ac supply source, each electric mechanism is ventilated by corresponding cooling fan 2 operated by electric motor 3. Each electric motor 3 is induction machine with supply in form of three-phase current being fed to each motor 3 of fan from separate inverter 4 connected with dc source of vehicle. Proposed invention is aimed at reduction of power consumption and improved comfort of rail vehicle owing to decreasing of noise level by limiting fan operation time at provision of independent control of said fans.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, improved comfortability.
