FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of invention relates to means of fastening wear-resistant insets to parts liable to intensive wear and used mainly in bogies of rail vehicles. Unit of fastening wear-resistant insert has support surface 11 with blind holes 12 and wear-resistant inert 20 with through holes whose number is equal to number of blind holes in support surface. Each through hole is coaxial to blind hole and is connected with the latter by freely fitted cylindrical bushing 14 made of elastic material. Rod 15 is fitted into inner hole of each cylindrical bushing with interference exceeding value of clearance. According to second design version, wear-resistant insert is made with elastic material with projections functionally replacing bushings 14.
EFFECT: provision of reliable fastening of wear-resistant insert on friction surfaces and possibility of easy replacement of insert without mechanical action.
